Virtual Worlds

What we do:

Helix has been investing in 3D immersive technologies and virtual worlds for the last five years to experiment and understand how these technologies can add value to corporate training, marketing and sales, product development and customer engagement practices. We have a complete strategy to run set of capabilities, primarily using the Second Life platform. Examples of our client experiences include:

  • designing a Sales Kick-off in a customized virtual world (V-Worlds) experience for over 180 sales professionals to launch sales kickoff, new product announcements, support programs, networking opportunities;
  • developing a customized training program on virtual worlds for senior IT directors and senior managers to learn how to work with virtual world objects;
  • developing an advocacy e-Petition to Save Local Canadian Television, working with CTV News, and CATA;
  • conducting global market research for numerous clients on immersive 3D technology experiences and emerging trends that can augment their products and customer service offerings (see our Virtual Worlds report) and;
